Need help with the Brightboard Parent App? The school administration is your first point of contact for account issues, payments, and any question about your children's information.

- In-app messages: send a message to the school administration from the Messages tab in the app.
Common issues
- Can't sign in? Accounts are created by the school. Contact the administration to reset your password or activate your account.
- Wrong or missing information? The school manages student, payment, and attendance records — report any error to the administration and it will be corrected.
- App problems? Make sure you are using the latest version of the app, then contact the school if the problem persists.

مشاكل شائعة
- لا يمكنك تسجيل الدخول؟ تُنشأ الحسابات من قِبل المدرسة. تواصل مع الإدارة لإعادة تعيين كلمة المرور أو تفعيل الحساب.
- معلومات خاطئة أو ناقصة؟ تدير المدرسة سجلات الطلاب والدفعات والحضور — أبلغ الإدارة عن أي خطأ وسيتم تصحيحه.
- مشاكل في التطبيق؟ تأكد من استخدام أحدث إصدار من التطبيق، ثم تواصل مع المدرسة إذا استمرت المشكلة.
